Plasma Inc
Effective date: June 21, 2026
Last updated: June 21, 2026

For visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and internationally.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through plasma.tech is Plasma Inc. s.r.o., registered in the European Union.

For any privacy matter, you can reach us at info / plasma.tech.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit the Site, submit an application to the Private Founding Allocation, contact us, or otherwise interact with us through plasma.tech. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applies equally to visitors outside the European Union.

3. The data we collect

Information you provide. When you complete the allocation application, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if given), country, the configuration that interests you, how you heard about PLASMA, and any note you choose to add. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. If you write to us directly, we hold the contents of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record limited technical information — such as your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. This is described further in Section 5.

We do not ask for, or intend to collect, special categories of data such as health information through the Site. Please do not include such information in free-text fields.

4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

Under the GDPR, we rely on the following bases.

  • Reviewing and responding to your allocation application or enquiry — Steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interest in managing enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

  • Sending the confirmations, overviews, or updates you ask for — Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

  • Operating, securing, and maintaining the Site — Our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

  • Measuring how the Site is used, where you have agreed — Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

  • Meeting legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations — Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed those interests against your rights and use only the data necessary for the purpose.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies make the Site work and do not require consent. Any analytics or non-essential cookies are set only where you have agreed through our cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time via [cookie settings link].

Analytics help us understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and with others where the law requires.

We may also share data with professional advisers, or with authorities where disclosure is required by law or to protect our rights. Each processor is engaged under terms that require appropriate confidentiality and security.

7. International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place — such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with any additional measures required to protect your data to an equivalent standard.

You may request information about the safeguards applied by contacting us at info / plasma.tech.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Application and enquiry data is retained while we consider it and for [retention period] afterward, unless a continuing relationship requires longer. Where you have consented to receive correspondence, we retain your details until you withdraw that consent. Data we must keep for legal or accounting reasons is held for the period the law requires, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

Wherever you are based, and in particular if you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to:

  • Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you;

  • Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;

  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no overriding reason to keep it;

  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances;

  • Portability — receive certain data in a structured, machine-readable format;

  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests;

  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

To exercise any right, contact us at info / plasma.tech. We will respond within one month, as the GDPR requires, and there is normally no charge.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you by solely automated means. Applications to the Private Founding Allocation are reviewed by people.

11. How we protect your data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, and we engage processors who commit to comparable standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data in line with good practice and our obligations.

12. Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. The effective date above indicates the current version. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.

14. Contact and complaints

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, write to info / plasma.tech

If you are in the European Union and believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, or with our lead supervisory authority, [lead supervisory authority]. We would, however, welcome the chance to address your concern first.
